The Main Differences Between Three Types of Pyrolysis Plant
Batch type pyrolysis plant: the batch pyrolysis plant is widely used in disposing of kinds of raw materials like waste tires, waste rubber, oil sludge, plastic wastes, aluminum plastic, landfill plastic, etc. The most prominent feature is that the raw materials usually do not need to be crushed, and the price is more economical.
Semi-continuous pyrolysis plant: mainly used for processing small granular raw materials such as rubber powder, rubber blocks, and crushed plastics. This type can achieve high-temperature slag discharge, greatly shortening the production cycle compared to batch one, and achieving higher disposal efficiency. The oil yield can be higher by using crushed tires as feedstock.
Continuous pyrolysis plant: compared with the first two, this type of equipment can save more production time. It reduces frequent heating up, cooling down, slagging discharge, and reloading time and truly achieve simultaneous feeding and discharging, without stopping the heating. The operation is more automatic and saves manpower.
