What Should We do When the Power Goes Off During Pyrolysis Plant Operation?
If the power suddenly goes off during tire pyrolysis, what should I do to handle the situation? If you are in the power shortage areas, what should you do to ensure the stable running of the tire pyrolysis plant? Here are the suggestions to deal with the emergency according to the procedure.
If the running time of the tire pyrolysis plant is within two hours when the power is off, you can restart the waste tire pyrolysis plant after the power is restored.
If the pyrolysis plant runs for more than two hours but no oil gas is produced, you can just wait for the power to restart the equipment.
If the pyrolysis plant is running for more than two hours, and there is already oil gas produced, you need to follow the instructions below before restarting the tire pyrolysis plant after the power is restored:
Firstly heat the pyrolysis reactor for about fifteen minutes, then rotate the reactor about 90°(do not exceed 180°); then turn off the reducer and stop running the reactor until the reactor automatically falls back to its original position. Secondly, repeat the above operation for three to four times, and then reduce the heating time; until the reducer is turned off, the pyrolysis reactor will not automatically fall back to its original position.
You can also purchase a generator as a backup in case of power shortage so that you can deal with the power cut at any time.
